Watch first. Trade second. Protect the bank.
Football can change quickly.
A game can look perfect before kick-off and then become slow, cautious and controlled.
Another game can look average on paper but open up completely after the first goal.
That is why the focus is on patience.
Prepare before the match.
Watch how the game starts.
Only trade when the live match supports the idea.

The aim is to be honest and disciplined — not to pretend every game has a trade.
The Points System
To keep everything clear, I will track trades using a points-based bank system.
For this World Cup:

Each point is equal to 1% of the bank.
So for my starting bank:
1 point = £20
This makes performance easier to track without every result feeling too emotional.

Using points also makes the approach easier to scale.

Why Points Matter
Points keep the focus on discipline.
A winning trade is not automatically a good decision.
A losing trade is not automatically a bad decision.
The real question is:
Was the decision right based on the information available at the time?
That is what I want to track throughout the tournament.
Not just wins and losses — but decision quality.
